About our host & mission

It all began with Mariah, RN—a former ICU, trauma, and ER nurse, now a nurse educator and graduate NP student. Fueled by a deep passion for nursing, Mariah created Talk Nursing to Me to provide a platform for evidence-informed discussions on workforce challenges, professional development, and ethical practice. This podcast is for nurses, students, and educators who value integrity, growth, and advocacy, offering a space to navigate the weight and wonder of nursing.
